About Us

Discover the new Kielbasa House Market & Catering, proudly continuing the tradition of quality Market and Catering for over 100 years. Louis C. Parlanti, circa 1914, opened his own grocery store at 623 Garfield Street. The current market store (Formerly the Tower Hotel building that was on the northwest corner of Jones Street and Grant Avenue 401 Grant Avenue) is still in use today. Reno Ricardo Coldagelli, the nephew of Louis C. Parlanti, became a co-owner with his uncle. Louis C. Parlanti’s son, Louis “Louie” Isadore Parlanti become a partner in the Parlanti and Coldagelli grocery store. Louie and Reno ran the store together from 1952 to 1983. In 1983 the store was purchased by the Nemanick Family. Renamed Paul’s Italian Market & Catering, after their son Paul, the Italian specialties and ethnic homemade sausage continued to be sold from the store. In 2025 Kielbasa House Market & Catering took over operating the small neighborhood grocery store, still within the original building from 1914. We are proud to continue serving the Eveleth area with the same trusted quality you’ve known for decades.
